Our commitment to conservation, through education and conveying awareness, is to inspire others of the integral role of Australia’s Native Wildlife in the ecosystem, to reduce the conflict between humans and animals. We strive for excellence in providing exciting, informative and enjoyable experiences, encounters and professional training to industry and businesses, in a positive, safe and controlled learning environment.

John and Tina have over 25 years combined experience in the zoological industry, working extensively and specialising in venomous snakes.


John was head of the Venom Department at the Australian Reptile Park (Gosford), During this time, John managed the Australian Reptile Park's life-saving anit-venom program, which involved extracting and processing the venom from some of Australia's most medically significant species of snakes for the production of BioCSL Antivenom, as well as providing husbandry care for both native and exotic venomous species.


Other zoological industry experience includes, Sydney Wildlife World at Darling Harbour and John Moroney Wildlife Care Centre at Windsor.


John & Tina both currently teach Advanced Reptile and Crocodilian Care at TAFE NSW.


They have been keeping venomous snakes privately for over 20yrs and have also been rescuing & rehabilitating reptiles in this time. Tina is the Collections Manager of their large Exhibitor and Private collection of reptiles.


John's Reptile Awareness Displays is a member of the MWEA (Mobile Wildlife Educators Association),  is licensed by Department of Primary Industries, holds a Certificate iV Workplace Training & Assessment and is fully insured. Licensed by NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment and fully insured for reptile relocation and rehabilitation.


To date we have trained, staff at Major Zoos and Wildlife Parks; Industry personnel including Council, Energy, Water, Mining, Power Stations, Ecology, Railway and Sewer; University, school and college staff; members from NSW Police and Strike Forces, NSW Fire & Rescue, RFS and Ambulance Services, Correctional Services, SES and VRA; Wildlife Rescue Groups, such as Wildlife Arc, NATF, Wildlife Aid, Sydney Metropolitan Wildlife Service, South Coast Wildlife Rescue, WIRES, as well as individual licensed snake catchers and herpetologists throughout Australia and overseas.


John & Tina run the most UP TO DATE and ADVANCED VENOMOUS SNAKE courses, with an emphasis on safety and because of their professional experience in the zoological industry and due to their popularity, bookings are essential.
